Matthew Haraminac is the founder and owner of Peak Real Estate Advisors.
Matthew began his career as a registered appraiser, gaining experience in valuations. It didn’t take long before he became licensed as a broker and began working in property management, gaining experience with leasing, and property maintenance.
In 2008 Matthew purchased and completely remodeled a residential property in NW Denver. By doing the majority of the work with his own hands, Matthew gained first-hand knowledge of remodeling and building components. The remodeled property was sold yielding a considerable profit. Matthew has continued to gain first-hand knowledge of remodeling by personally completing several large projects on properties he owns.
In 2009, Matthew became licensed as an Employing Broker, allowing him to oversee the actions of other brokers. In 2010, Matthew started Peak Real Estate Advisors as a brokerage and property management company and assembled a team of associate brokers. As of 2020, Matthew has provided oversight on over 170 transactions amounting to over $53,000,000 in sales volume while maintaining a sales price to list price ratio on listed properties that was 2.69% higher than the MLS average.
In 2016, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) designated Matthew a Certified Professional Inspector. He began offering commercial and residential inspection services along with building consulting, and owner’s representation. It was also at this point that Matthew began shifting his focus away from brokerage and towards real estate consulting. As of 2020, Matthew no longer manages associate brokers, allowing him to focus entirely on inspections, owner’s representation, real estate consulting, and mentoring.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys reading about construction technology, BBQ, cooking, photography, woodworking, camping, hiking and spending time in the mountains with his wife, their 2 kids, and their dogs.
